Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:
Threat Intelligence Collection & Analysis
Gather, analyze, and correlate data from multiple sources (open-source, commercial feeds, ISACs, government advisories) to identify emerging threats.
Produce tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
Geopolitical & Regional Threat Monitoring
Track geopolitical events and conflicts that may impact critical transportation infrastructure.
Assess how global and regional developments influence cyber threat actors targeting North American transportation networks.
Critical Infrastructure Protection
Identify and assess threats specific to transportation systems, including rail, subway, and supporting operational technology (OT).
Collaborate with internal teams to provide intelligence-driven recommendations for risk mitigation.
Threat Actor Profiling & Campaign Tracking
Monitor and analyze activities of nation-state actors, cybercriminal groups, and hacktivists targeting transportation and critical infrastructure sectors.
Maintain profiles of adversaries, their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Collaboration & Information Sharing
Engage with industry peers, ISACs, and government agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
Support incident response teams with contextual intelligence during active investigations.
Reporting & Briefing
Deliver timely intelligence briefings to leadership and operational teams.
Create dashboards and reports highlighting threat trends, vulnerabilities, and risk assessments.

Project duration - approximately 13 months
Required Qualifications:
- 5 + years of hands-on experience in Testing Mainframe applications.
- 5 + years of hands-on experience in COBOL/IMS/DB2/ JCL/PROCS/CTLCARDS
- Experience in RMDS/XPEDITER/File-Aid for IMS/DB2
- Extensive experience with Oracle and DB2database.
- Strong understanding of standard STLC methodologies, ability to understand and transform
business requirements and technical designs into the test cases. - Extensive experience in Manual Functional Testing such as creating test plan, building and
executing manual test scripts. - Experience using ALM / Quality Center (QC) for creating, executing test cases and tracking
defects. - Experience using IBM Rational Suite (Clear Case, Clear Quest etc.)
- QA experience using manual and automated testing tools and processes to perform functional,
regression and performance testing. - Proficiency running back-end/database queries for data set-up and verification (DB2 and Oracle)
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) scripts using
Keyword Driven Framework and Descriptive programming is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with an enterprise wide, large-scale implementation.
- Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are
required.
Education: - Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required.

Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: 2 Broadway, NYC
Experience: Tier 3 – 7–9 Years
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
This position will manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties: planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the MTA. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties and a minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable). Experience should include a sound understanding of technical issues and outstanding planning (experience in preparation of project plans a must), scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills. Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff is essential.
Project Management: Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
ServiceNow Expertise: Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB) and ensure from the MTA side that ServiceNow consultants adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the MTA Teams.
Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
